Ready to Reach the next level?
Connect your brand with the nation’s leading sports, recreation, and events destinations
Each year, the Sports Facilities Conference brings together key decision‑makers from our 100+ managed properties and a national network of sports, recreation, and event venues. This year we are extending our conference and adding a Playmaker Track with only 100 spots available for mayors, city managers, economic development leaders, parks & recreation directors, and CVB executives who see sports, recreation, and public venues as catalysts for economic development, tourism, and quality of life. This focused program goes deeper than traditional municipal conferences, exploring how cities fund and develop sports and recreation assets, structure public‑private partnerships and governance models, and apply high‑performance leadership frameworks to move their communities from good to great.
Reach the right decision makers: venue operators, municipal leaders, and developers who are actively investing in facilities, programming, and guest experience.
Showcase your solutions in a curated environment – alongside leading partners in construction, technology, playing surfaces, finance, and more.
Align with our mission: improving communities through sport, while creating measurable pipeline, relationships, and revenue opportunities.
The SPORTS FACILITIES CONFERENCE
The SF Conference is powered by The Sports Facilities Companies
The Sports Facilities Companies (SFC) have evolved one of our favorite days of the year, our annual operations meeting, into two days of industry thought leadership with the Sports Facilities Conference. Topics span everything from venue management and executive leadership to team development, brand partnerships, and community impact.
Working at SFC means constantly driving innovation and re-imagining the way things have always been done. We’re building off a 9-year foundation of great SFC events to open our doors to industry partners and vendors for the first time.
Have a speaker session idea?
Each year, our agenda committee develops the Conference’s program, and we’re always eager to hear new suggestions to help shape our list of discussion topics. The Conference includes a range of session types, such as general sessions, breakout sessions, keynote speakers, and roundtable discussions.
