Bart Diebold

City Manager

City of Pinellas Park

Bart Diebold has served as City Manager for the City of Pinellas Park since January 2022. He joined the City in November 2013 as Public Works Administrator and was promoted to Assistant City Manager in December 2020. Before coming to Pinellas Park, Mr. Diebold spent 15 years as Operations Manager for Pinellas County.

As Public Works Administrator, he led the City’s successful effort to earn accreditation from the American Public Works Association (APWA) — formal recognition that the Public Works Department follows the association’s recommended management practices. The accreditation has strengthened operational performance and teamwork while reducing duplicated work, wasted resources, liability, and insurance costs.

Mr. Diebold serves on the executive boards of the PACE Center for Girls, CareerSource Pinellas, the Pinellas Gateway Chamber of Commerce, and the Public Service Education Foundation. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Pinellas Park and People Helping People, as well as the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA).

Outside of work, Mr. Diebold enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming. He and his wife, Jennifer, have a daughter, Hannah.
