Paradise Coast Sports Complex

Michael brings more than 30 years of sports franchise and venue management experience to his role at Paradise Coast Sports Complex. He joined the team in Naples four and a half years ago as Director of Operations before moving into his current role as Assistant General Manager.

During his tenure at Paradise Coast Sports Complex, the facility has grown into a sports tourism engine, attracting 750,000 visitors each of the last three years. In 2025, SportsEvents Magazine named Paradise Coast the #1 youth soccer and lacrosse venue in the country. The facility, which has hosted some of the largest soccer, football, lacrosse, and field hockey events in the nation, added a pro soccer team with the 2025 launch of USL League One’s FC Naples.

Prior to his arrival in Collier County, Michael spent 30 years in minor league sports, managing all aspects of business operations for teams and leagues. He served as General Manager for 15 seasons, launching three clubs and helping others through trouble and transition. His teams have won championships in affiliated, independent, and summer collegiate baseball, setting nearly two dozen attendance and sales records along the way. During his career, Michael has worked for minor league teams affiliated with the New York Yankees, San Diego Padres, and Milwaukee Brewers, among others.
