As Food & Beverage Director at Sprowls Horizon Sports Park, he leads the development and optimization of dining operations, overseeing everything from kitchen design and menu strategy to vendor partnerships and revenue growth initiatives.

Prior to joining SFC, Scott owned and operated several successful businesses, including a catering and BBQ company, a grocery store, and a property management firm.
